An infant comes in for his routine two week check-up. His mother is breastfeeding him and she has no significant complaints or concerns. Physical examination is remarkable for height and weight at the 50th percentile (weight gain of 200 grams over birth weight). Other than being jaundiced he appears to be healthy.
