Cocaine passes into breast milk.

There is one reported case of a mother who was breastfeeding her 2-week-old infant after using intranasal cocaine. The infant presented with irritability, tremulousness, tachypnea, vomiting and diarrhea. Cocaine and its metabolite benzoylecgonine were found in maternal milk for 36 hours and in the infant's urine for 60 hours. The clinical condition of the infant returned to normal by 72 hours after admission to the hospital ( Memorize Chasnoff, 1987 ).
