His birth weight was 3.9 kilograms, his weight now is 4.6 kg. He has been solely breastfed, and he did not receive vitamin K at birth. His initial PT was > 200 sec, and PTT was > 200 sec. His CT scan is shown below:

The CT scan shows a left subdural hematoma with a midline shift and a compressed left ventricle (not visible). He was treated with respiratory support, antibiotics, vitamin K, fresh frozen plasma, anticonvulsants, and subdural taps. After the vitamin K and fresh frozen plasma, his repeat PT and PTT were normal. Evaluation for liver disease and other causes of coagulopathy were normal.
