A 5-week-old male infant presented with seizures and apnea after 24 hours of
increasing irritability and poor feeding.
Physical examination was remarkable for jaundice,
a bulging anterior fontanelle, and right-sided seizures.
He was intubated and following venipuncture,
persistent bleeding was noted.
